Hi all,
so I Swapped shocks out along with other maintenance work lately.

I unfortunately do not have a "before" pic.

but this is how the rear looks now, that is what a 6 finger gap?
Definitely not right.

the shocks I am running are the Bilstein B4 (24-018579)
I have not done the front yet.

Tires I am running are 205/55r16
oh and this a 2000 C230K,

the fronts are about 2.5inches in gap, on the old shocks, I do not have the old rears anymore to swap back.

I checked and the spring pad is the 4 dot one, swapping to the one dot will drop it about half an inch.

I think its the coils pushing up,as the shocks were barely in the whole when car was back on the ground, before the shocks were tightened.

Any ideas what to do?Lowering kit?spring pads?
