Having issues with my vents

Hey guys I'm a new owner of a 95 c280 and loving it besides a few issues. Was hoping somebody can point me in the right direction!

When I have the heater on only the drivers side vents blow hot (including the drivers side middle vent), however the passenger side middle vent and the rest on that side remain cold. Anyone runinto this before?

Well known problem. The vents are controlled by vacuum operated bellows that control the flaps/doors that direct the air. After time they start to leak so they don't stay closed or open as needed. In order to fix them you pretty much have to tear the dash apart and replace them as needed. If you want to see what that might be like, here is a link to one guys efforts to fix the problem: http://www.zadefaraj.com/dashboard.htm

I have the issue with my car, so I just leave it set on auto and as long as it gets warm/cold as needed I dont worry about it too much. YMMV
