Went thru a foot of water

I drove thru a foot of water last week and the car stalled a little while later, It tries to start but will not continue to run, Does anyone have any idea what if anything Electrical under the car could be the problem.
Thanks,
Steve

Starter cranks the engine, Is there anything in the Alternator that would keep it from running on , Like i said the car starts but will only run for 5 or so seconds

check codes. Sounds like a relay in the fuel system is flaky.

Today I jacked up the car and put it on Jackstands, Started car and pumped the pedal and was able to keep the car running around 2000 rpm. When you let off the throttle the car drops down to aroung 600 rpm and starts missing, It get's even better if i put it in gear , It will run but very poorly and if you step on the pedal too rev the engine it just misses and the rear wheels seem to stop and go. I am thinking it is something with the ASR system but am still stumped and the car is still up in the air on jackstands, Any ideas would be helpfull.
Thanks,
Steve

Let it sit and dry out. It could take awhile. (no, not 20 minutes
With the warm weather I think it will eventually work its self out
