Genuine Bosch resistance values, I've been MAF'd
Does anyone know what the genuine Mercedes Bosch resistance values are. I had buy an ebay £22 MAF to replace my 16 year old genuine Merc one that seems to be playing up. However it seems as though it has a slight rough idle at times and may stall the engine under braking at times. When turning it also makes the engine run very rough and lower idle speed.
Checking DAS, I got
P0130 A O2 sensor upstream TWC (R22)
P0100 Hot Film Mass Air Flow Sensor (B41)
P0325 Knock Sensor
Results for old worn out Genuine Bosch 0 280 217 114 Merc 000 094 09 48 MAF (insert part No. Bosch F 00C 2G2 025)
Terminal Pins 1 and 3 = 1.52k ohms
Terminal Pins 1 and 4 = 6.02k ohms
Terminal Pins 3 and 4 = 4.50k ohms

I have now ordered a new genuine bosch MAF.
Does anyone know the genuine part number for the O2 sensor causing the P0130 error.

I now have brand new MAF sensor and O2 Hego lambda sensor.
MAF is 0 280 217 114 (Air Mass Sensor 163 170)
Terminals
1 & 3 = 2.34k ohms
1 & 4 = 6.56k ohms
3 & 4 = 7.99k ohms
1 & 2 = 5.89k ohms
1 & 5 = 6.26k ohms
4 & 5 = 8.27k ohms
3 & 5 = 3.70k ohms
The lambda sensor is 0 258 005 083
Resistance between two white wires is 3.9 ohms
MAF is 0 280 217 114 (Air Mass Sensor 163 170)
Terminals
1 & 3 = 2.34k ohms
1 & 4 = 6.56k ohms
3 & 4 = 7.99k ohms
1 & 2 = 5.89k ohms
1 & 5 = 6.26k ohms
4 & 5 = 8.27k ohms
3 & 5 = 3.70k ohms
