just about 70,000 miles, im a second owner.
issues:
i) hard shifting, especially between lower gears on a random basis (sometimes it happens, sometimes it doesnt)

how much does a ETC usually run and is it a job that i can do in my own garage?

I have a 1998 C43. I know this isnt a AMG forum but its a C. The 1998 C43 also hass the 722 tranny. I experience clunky shifts beetween 1-2 and 3-4. So i ovoously need updated parts and ECU. Can you shed some lite on this? I have heard people going to the dealership and the technicians act dumb on the subject.
