PLEASE HELP!!!
my car has thrown back a code saying i have a mass or volume air sensor circut A problem. My mass air flow sensor cant be going bad i just had it replaced a couple months ago.

Usually when hot film in the MAF effects or get dirty, P0101 appears as (mass performance goes worse),,
did you replace the MAF with OEM or Bosch unit..?

i had a bad breather hose that i replaced with a makeshift one made from rubber hose and PVC elbows till i get the new one. could that cause the issue? the mass airflow sensor i had replaced a few months ago is a Bosch. i had a mechanic do that because i didn't know what was at the time. they also said the other issue was the egr which it wasn't. i had a friend who knows a lot about cars tell me it was the coil packs. i this myself because i know how to do that. not sure if the mechanic was trying to get more money out of me by saying it was the egr or if they just didn't know what they were doing. if i can clean the mass airflow sensor to fix it then i would rather do that. i don't feel comfortable going back to the mechanic even though there is a warranty on the work. if i cant fix it i will bite the bullet and go have them fix it but i wont give them another dime.

went back to the shop today, they tested the mass airflow sensor said it was faulty and put a new one on there because it is under warranty. it was a different guy working on my car this time and i think they just had the wrong information before. my c230 is now back to normal

ok my car still very faintly vibrates/shudders when i come to a stop. changed my ignition wires and problem stopped. next day it starts faintly vibrating again. its not as bad as it had been, i've replaced my ignition coils because one was bad, so i did it all, the coils wires and spark plugs. still a faint vibration

another question completely different. i dont think my car was equipped with an amp it didnt have the bose system. where do all of the speaker wires run to. im thinking about putting in an amp and was wondering about the wiring
