Car Is Corpse and Have No Idea Why
So, the 1999 C230 Kompressor sat in a salvage yard for months while the owner (my wife) battled the insurance company. They towed it back to us the same day we settled, and unsurprisingly the battery was dead. (Keep in mind this is a brand-new battery, replaced maybe a month before the accident.)
None of the keys would work anywhere in the car, even in mechanical mode, except the valet key. I used that to open the trunk and jumpstart the car. Except, the car took no charge at all. Still completely dead. Even the radio.
Any ideas?

Your battery may need to be charging, during for moths sat in the yard,,
try to charge it & see if all interior lights/Radio/key back to work or not, after that we can go for next step..

No offense, but did you not notice in my original post when I said I ATTEMPTED TO JUMP IT AND IT WON'T TAKE THE CHARGE?

jumping sometimes is not enough to get it charging... you may have to CHARGE it separate from the charging system of the car.
Or it may just be dead dead dead and need a new battery.
Did it start and run when jumped?
