Mercedes Benz C280
97 C280 running rough
So I am new here but would love some help. I am having some problems with my 1997 C280. I pressure washed the motor and immediately after it wouldnt let me go above 2000 rpms and kept dying . I was getting some mass air flow sensor codes so I replaced the maf sensor and then I was able to rev the engine all the way up. The car is still being weird and keeps dying and doesn't want to accelerate. I just replaced the spark plugs today and now it won't let me go above 2000 rpms again. Anyone have any idea what else could be going on?

2000 (W202 C200) & 2000 (W202 C55)
Is there any codes appears after replace MAF & plugs..?,,

maybe CPS or coils went bad..!?!
