New to the C280 world. Having shifting problems. No 2nd to 3rd shift...
This is a '94 c280 with 179,400 miles. The trans fluid was low and it was slipping. I added fluid to the correct level and it shifts into 1st very nicely, and it shifts into second nicely also, but when it gets to third gear it just slips into neutral. If I put it into neutral then back into drive when it slips out, I can feel it try to grab but it just slips right back out. I ordered a filter kit. Does anything come to mind? Thanks for any input!
