Exclamation Coolant leak w202 c180 1995
Hi and greatings from Bulgaria !!! Sorry for the bad english !!!



I have a coolant leak from the spot in the red circle my engine is m111.920 and wonder is this a freeze plug or something else ?!?!

I would say it's a frost plug.

Yeah, this is solid plug, has to be changed if it leak..!

If you look at the plug photo Zayed sent you. it's a common frost plug.
The metal is fairly soft, so you can use a chisel to bust through the center of the cap and then force it out with a little work.

I am sure you can get a new plug locally, as long as you know the proper diameter. The MB dealer will know if you show them a photo.
