P0410 and Torque Pro Test Results

P0410 and Torque Pro Test Results
I got a P0410 CEL on my 1997 C230 a few days back (hadn't been driven for some time). The secondary air injection pumps comes on fine with a loud hissing noise and runs for about a minute.
I reset the CEL and now the readiness monitors are not completing (Catalyst and Secondary Air Sys). I have driven for more than 600 miles since reset.
I am attaching screenshots from Torque. Hopefully someone can translate the torque test results. I am wondering if a sensor has gone bad or something.
Also if the air pump is coming on can I assume that it is not the likely culprit?
