Leaving work last week I noticed my exhaust had become louder as I accelerated, almost as if it became loose and was rattling. After driving 10+ miles the noised seemed to have gone away, but decided to park it until I had some time to inspect it. Yesterday as soon as I started the car that noise was once again prevalent. As I sat parked I rev'd it up and it definitely sounded more throaty, I was also getting a little choked from the exhaust fumes (exhaust leak too??).. I still wasn't going to chance it so I took my bro-in-laws car. Come this morning I discovered what appears to be oil collecting on the bottom of the tranny case!

Are these issues related? somebody please help!
