Blower motor runs with key out.
I have a 2000 C230. The blower fan motor stays on even when I turn the car off and pull the key out. For now, I have pulled the no. 19 fuse to save the
battery from draining. Could it be the relay ? Where is it located ? Or any
thing else ?

Out Of Control!!
I have not checked yours however some models the front SAM provides the voltage for the blower, but most the AC control unit supplies the voltage!!
