Your idle speed is controlled by a little " motor " on the side of the throttle body.
Based on engine temp., A/C on or off, transmissions in gear or not, etc., the computer tells the idle air control valve how much to open or close, to keep idle speed stable.
How is your idle speed ???

my idle is pretty rough at times. When i try to floor the car it starts the shake quite a bit when i am at a stop sign. Overall, the idling is pretty rough though. Can it be my MAS though?

A few months ago, I had an erratic idle at stop lights. Sometimes it would be nice and stable, sometimes a little vibration/shaky (more than the normal vibration from a 10yr old car due to age and miles) and the idle needle would go up and down. Talked to my SA and he diagnosed a wearing out Oxygen sensor. Replaced and idle was good again

So check your Oxygen sensors, maybe the cause.

see the thing was like a couple of years ago we had it checked out and someone said it was a faulty oxy sensor and now i go to autozone and it gives me a P0505 and i THINK it is either my throttle body or my friggin MAS. I know when i try flooring the car i can hear a clunking noise underneath, does that mean the car is too rich? Im not getting enough air into the system or what?

anyone else know what the P0505 error could be? anyone know how i can run a test and get a code through my ac or whatever inside the car? also, what is the best obd2 software to get at a good price?
