If its less than 100K then the dealer will probably only replace the cam sensors, sender units, and such should cost about 1,000 in the DC area.
If your car has more than 100K, then they will probably tell you that you need a new replacement electronic harness, that costs $ 1,800 plus the above too.
So, your looking between $1,000 and $3,000.
although my car is a C220 though so it may not apply to yours.

MAS is common too...if it is, decline to repair it. Seriously, you can do it yourself in 5-10 minutes and save $400 from the dealer repair costs.
Order the part online for about $250 and install yourself. Dealer usually charges around $650 to replace it.
