Originially it should come out only in "P" position.
Actually it is not coming out in any positions.

Some kind of electronics controls this or some bowden hold some pin?

The battery is not too fit, and i've tried it with charged battery. Battery problem can cause the key stucking?

First of all what year model is the car? The keys went from a blade type to SmartKey in 1998. For the blade key 1994-1997 there is a cable that locks the key in the ignition that is only released when the selector is in Park. This is a physical cable and yours has either broken or become out of alignment. You might be able to manually operate the cable by gaining access around the gearshifter by taking the center consul out.
