I have a '94 C280.. I've recharged freon on my other cars, but I can't find the lines in my engine bay. Could someone point it out for me..

Thanks..

is your A/C not cooling like it should? I don't think we've ever recharged our freon in our 94 c220...

one is in the front to the rignt of the auxilliary electric fans, you might have to remove a plastic trim piece to access it)... the other one is furrther back, under the intake manifold, both have black screw on covers... can't remember which is which though (mean hi vs low)....

I traced one line to the right of the fan, next to the radiator it has a red cap, is that it? The one under the intake manifold, I guess I have to remove the air filter to get to it? COuld you take a pic and post for me please.. just the general area..

you got the firstone! now the intake manifold is on the other side of the engine (not the intake tube)... look close to the left of the throttle linkage... it is recessed in there and you don't need to remove anything to get to it... sorry don't have any pics
