i have a 2005 c 230 kompressor .i have this car now for 7 years .now i am a mechanical guy.

so when i put the car in drive from a stop position the car seem to have rattle/ noises..

could it be ....

1...AC compressor ? 2...engine/motor mounts? 3...one of the damn pulleys

i have changed the idle pulley and the tension pulley my self..

Wow the car looks like it has been well kept. Why not get he girlfriend to start the car while you are looking under the hood for the source of the noise, then come back and finish the story!!

i did i first thought i was the belt tension pulley..my car looks messed up in the front i ended up rear ending some one..i did alot of work my self putting the front end back togeather..

any suggestions about if some one has experienced this type of noises when i have the foot on brake in parking postion then moving to drive motor makes rattle and as i speed off noise goes away.
