how old is the battery? still on the original one? I know that on my c220, i've have had the battery replaced numerous times already from MB roadside.
how long did you let it charge after AAA jump started it? usually, an hour is a good rule of thumb to let it sit and charge.
it may be time to get a new battery if it can't hold the charge...

i remember one time, i couldn't start my car because of the security system. i was stuck at the parking lot for like 30min. what happend was that i was locking the door with the key on the outside and forgot something inside. before my door locked i opened it quickly and got inside. when i tried to start the car everything seemed normal but it wouldn't turn over. i was trippin. finally i calmed down and opened my manual. it opened directly to the page about the security system. it said something like when you lock the doors from the outside, you open it from the outside or the engine will not start. i looked around and saw that all my other doors were locked except for mine. so i went outside, used my key to lock and unlock and started the engine
the security system must have read that i locked the car from the outside but i opened my door before it was locked. ![hammer](https://mbworld.org/forums/images/smilies/bonk.gif)
i doubt your's is something this simple but you never know.

lol.
but seriously, if the battery can't hold the charge after you jumped it, either it's too old and worn out, or you didn't let it charge long enough.
i don't think there are problems with electronics in the w202 draining the battery...atleast i haven't heard of any yet.
