Ambient air temperature setting
1998 C230.
I just noticed yesterday that my outside temperature reading is now showing in Celsius. Is there a way to reset it to Fahrenheit?
Can't find anything on line or in the owners manual.
Possible reason may be the following.
I got a check engine light, which indicated it was a C02 sensor. Ran the Star diagnostic, and it really was a problem with the MAF.
Fixed that, and the Star system that was used was set up for Mexico, where I am at the moment. Mexico uses Celsius as a standard, so possibly, it defaulted to the local area?
Is this a likely possibility?
If there is a way to change it back without the diagnostic equipment, I would appreciate knowing.
Thanks for any suggestions.
