Need your advice on my mercedes c220D 1994
Hi Guys
my ride is a mercedes c220D 1994 model with pump conversion .
engine :- om604(with inline BOSCH pump)converted
chassis :- w202
year :- 1994
well there are some problems that i would like to mention in general repairs
1) so the engine hesitates to starts when cold . i doubt that its the glow plugs . but when i press the gas pedal while cranking the engine doesn't hesitate
confused what the problems really is
and i also feel that the diesel is tanked (without holding )when the engine is not running . but i cant see a primer pump any where
2) what is the solution for prechamber leaks ? i had a prechamber leak in cylinder 4 . and my mechanic said the solution would be to replace the prechamber or use epoxy gle around the prechamber and reinstall . since i couldn't find a prechamber . i had to go with the other solution . and the vehicle is running for wo years with no problem . but recently i had a injector line broken and it spilled diesel all over the valve cover . then i found that again there is a slight leak cause diesel to make bubbles which is leaked to the injector chamber .
is there a solution for this ?
3) is it okay to use ATF in the Differential ?
your comments are very much appreciated thank you
