What is the name of this part?

Dear Forum Mebers, Gurus, Fans,
Unfortunately in this evening my cooler system broke down in my lovely W202 ‘98. I found the problem’s source. That little plastic part broken what can hold the cooler tube so I couldn’t put it back.

Could somebody tell me what is the name of that plastic part please?
i would like to order a new one but I have no clue what’s that! :/

I really really appreciate your help guys!

I thought the '98 models got the V6? At least in the USA they did.

Your pictures are good but I don't clearly see what is broken and where it is. If it only holds the tube in some position, you maybe don't have to have it, or can secure the tube another way.
