window creaks

window creaks
my driver's side window creaks when I lower it and stop anywhere but all the way down. It's almost like a groaning/creaking noise. I think the felt strip is gone and only the rubber now because the rubber kinda folds with the window going down when it's dry. I'm guessing that's the cause?
Is it easy to replace the felt yourself?

i know it's the felt strips cuz it doesn't happen on any of the other windows.
anyone know where i can get those strips and is it easy to replace yourself?

hmm i am getting that on my pass side seat too and also when i stop the driver side window like midway or lower midway and then move it down it makes a sound that does not sound normal like a louder sound than the other sides i have 97 c280
