help me out with these photos
1995 C280. Wondering if you can give me some good news on this. Is this rubber cover that just needs to be replaced? This car was passed on to my son and this hole was discovered by the oil change guy when he went to one of those 15 minute oil change places. The worker there took some pictures and sent it to him. The shop he takes the car too is closed for the day.

Thanks for any help.
