C36 Colours ?

1996 C36 AMG Black Opal, 2000 C230 Kompressor

C36 Colours ?

Hello everyone,

Does anyone know where I could find an exterior colour breakdown for the C36 ?

I own a 1996 C36 that is Black Opal. I have never seen another one.

Actually another black opal (same member name) is on Benzsport. I also just saw on ebay a color chart for all w202 95 on ebay. No bidders so search under completed items.

given that there were a total of 900 c36 imported stateside (300 each year 95, 96, 97). it'd be difficult to see black one, given that "silver" is the in color; heck, it's difficult to see a c36 anyway

Thanks for the replies. I tried to contact MBUSA regarding the colours but they were not much help. Yes the Silver and Black MB thing. Nice but there are so many, really like the Yellow and Copper colours that came out for the SLK.

Hey koolvin,

Is it a C36 ?, I can't tell from the picture.

I was asking about how many C36s were orignally Black Opal. Funny I always refer to mine as blue, but depending on the light it can look blue, green, purple or black with hints of metallic. Pretty cool.
