gear frame
anyone installed a chrome gear frame around the shifter? I'm debating whether to get it or not...I think it would touch up the interior a little bit

I say go for it---if you like chrome. I put chrome license plate brackets on my sport, which is otherwise pretty devoid of chrome, so I don't want to overdo it. ps, $8 is not EXPensive for Shipping (?) Maybe you should buy the grille and get the gear frame for no shipping!

Watch What you Get
I bought a Chrome Gear Frame for my C230 and it looks great, just make sure it's not the self adhesive one, the one I pick up actually replaced the orginal one, just pop up the old one and drop in the new one.
No glue or stickers, and you can alway just swap them out. I got mine on EBay for about $20 from:
