How to stop W202 from automatically unlocking all doors on vehicle shut off
Is there a way to stop W202 from automatically unlocking all doors when the vehicle is turned off? I recently moved to a bad area for school and I do not like this feature. MY97 c280 has the older flip key style

All four locks unlock AFTER you shut down the ignition?
Doesnt seem correct/logical. They typically stayed locked until you manually unlock.
Have you looked in your owner's manual? They have instructions on these how-to's.

Yes, that's the case.
I should have mentioned, the previous owner changed the OEM alarm to a basic Viper (brand) system. I thought it was more systematic than that, but that might be it too.
