1996 C250 t diesel saloon
c250 windshield
Hi I have a 1996 C 250 saloon wagon, this car was not sold in Canada originally but imported here from Germany. I need to replace windshield but none are available. I'm wondering if it's the same glass as a C240 ? As I believe those can be found thanks

w202.188 - Part #5 is your windshield.
It seems the w202.088 c240s marketed for Europe and Japan also use the same windshield:

as well as w202.086...
There is a possibility that c240 w203.061 & .261 (for europe, north america and japan markets) use the same windshield as your vin # -

Contact your local MB dealership and they should be able to cross-reference your vin# against the NA version above to verify.

As Khomer2 said the VIN is useful to use EPC to look up the part number and find other models it fits. EPC shows the part number as A202 671 07 10. If you can't find it these guys seem to have a replacement:

I'd give them a call before ordering as it seems to be newer number. I ordered an exhaust system from them because they had the best price I could find for an new OEM exhaust.
