w 202 won't start.

1993 mercedes 400e
w 202 won't start.
1999 c230 kompressor. Car got jumped off with key in ignition. Has code 1570, key and me control unit no longer match. Car just not worth taking to dealer, but I hate telling the guy to junk it. Any ideas?
