No dash lights

No dash lights
Hi All.
This morning all lights on the dash came on. I read some posts and checked a couple of things. Put in new batteries for the remotes. Remotes open doors and lights, interior lights all work. Checked battery voltage and also ok. I have also changed the voltage regulator on the Alternator but no luck. After disconecting battery maybe to reset all the lights on the dash is now completely dead. My steering is locked so I can not even take it to a mechanic Any possible solution to assit me.
