Nav System Help

Hello,
I have a 1998 C230 and am interested in installing a nav system.. I have seen a couple of mods done with the Euro W163 Comand unit. Can anyone recommend where I can get a good unit? if anyone has ever done this type of mod and can send me pics.. any help you can offer would be great.
