C230K Timing Chain Guides
Hi, I was wondering if anyone knew if the head has to come off for the timing chain guides to be replaced on the M111? I changed the head-gasket at the beginning of last summer but did not change the chain/guides/etc but am planning on doing it now but I just don't know if the guides can be swapped without pulling the head. I'm hoping someone can chime in who has experience in this matter. Thanks.

I found information and I should have replaced at least the guides when I did the headgasket. This is some of what I got if anyone is curious...
