Replacement headlight lens $563 ????
Sorry if this topic has been talked about already but the drivers side headlight lens is cracked on my 2000, c230 kompressor. The dealer wanted $563 for the assembly. Should I buy the lens listed on Ebay for $105 and put it in myself? Is it hard to install? tia

Get the European ones from www.bekkers.com . They are glass and clearer than the crappy one's our cars came with. I have them and they look much better. I think you can get the pair for less than two hundred dollars. Installation takes about an hour. 30 minutes if you don't have headlamp washers.

bekkers xens are not dot, not sure if that means anything anymore, if you can really get in trouble with them, unless someone knows any better, I hope its along the lines of not having a license plate on the front of your car or those neon lights under the car
