Overflowing cooling fluid
I changed the thermostat and the cylinder head gasket and the problem persist.
Any suggestion would be highly appreciated.

If it is overheating, check inside the radiator for gunk. if the radiator is clogged up if can restrict the flow of the water to the engine causing an overheat. If it is not that, I would check the water pump.
If you just have water inside the cooling system, add some coolant in it and it should help. A good mixture is 50% water 50% coolant.
If neither of those are your case, I would replace the cap as the spring is most likely worn/lost it's push back force.
