any helpfor a new guy?

What a great forum! Two small annoyances. Every time I use my power headrest, it blows a fuse. I know it is a short somewhere but I don't have a diagram. Seat front to back works fine, back of seat O.K. too but fuse goes when I touch the headrest button. Any ideas where to look? Second, I have a very slight pulse with the cruise on. hardly enough to move the speedo or tach but enough to feel it at 60 M.P.H. It feels like the pedal is being pressed slightly every second or so and only when going on flat road, it works O.K. under load. Any help would be appreciated before I go to the dealer.
