nooooo you don't have a skyline, you'd have to pay an assload to have it shipped here, let alone it is costly either way, then have it clocked crazy amounts down, then find someone to bring the car back to normal speeds, keep it right hand side driving or my at least 10k for the conver, then to really start modding it spend another 10k for some really nice goodies, which would mean one of two things, you're either very rich, or don't own a skyline, or another option is very cleaver and found some way to do all that for a lot less

Ashkan, you need to find some more computers to "bring down" man, you have a bit too much time to think about aho's possible lifestyle... anyway, thanks to aho for dubbing me, sir "the man." Hope to see you, and anyone else who is going, at this supposed meet in Jersey.

I had a friend bring over a skyline, and he had to do all this stuff, he stayed with the right hand driving, and it was a hassle well worth it with the computer speeds, that car owns

an r34 99 I think he added some hks stuff, I'll be seeing him when I move to irvine i'll ask him then, man if you own a skyline take some pics, wow you must get some many looks wow, that car is great, one of my favs but i'm not sure anymore it seems slow compared to these powerful benzs, but I suppose it can be kitted out like crazy, correct me if I'm wrong but didn't they have 1200 whp skylines I know they at least had 1k but compared to e55amg and sl65 amg, can it really hold up, even with a bunch of goodies, well if an sl65 amg had all the goodies it could, I want to believe it could beat a skyline with everything, but who knows

haha, 900 horsepower can be easily obtained... and it is faster than a e55. i have owned a e55 but recently traded it in. and my nissan is much faster. i can say, i havent seen another one out here on the east coast. honestly, the cost of importing and reconfiguration is alot more than what you quoted it as being.

does your friend mod? i have some good performance parts i could sell for a very good price.

what about a modded al65 amg? and I still don't get how its just that fast its inline 6 correct me i'm wrong, but how can that win over v8 kompressor and v12 biturbo, granted it can be modded to hell but still seriously, how can an asian car beat benz power, and yeah i did under price it, but I think if you get them from the land down under its cheaper, but they have r33's mainly

guy around here with a white skyline

I'm not too familiar with Japanese cars, but I did see one of the "new" skylines around here. An asian businessman drives one. I know because he eats at a restaurant around my house all the time. I'm not sure what the model is, but I know that it's definitely a skyline- I looked at it one day thinking it was an infinity with a skyline badge... the engine said differently. What model do you think this is aho? It sort of looked like a g35 from far away... -sholly

r33's are crap. and youd be surprised how well the japanese engineered those motors and trannies. they are made to take alot of power. plus, they are made to be modded easily and efficiently. awd, light weight, huge turbos...

r33's are easier to get, cause the demand is small, the cost of upkeep and purchase are alot smaller than the r34's.

tailights

You are probably right- it was the tailights that most reminded me of a g35- the led's and shape.
