W202 200 diesel -95 immobilizer problem

I replaced glow plugs to my W202 200 diesel (om601.913). In order to do so i had to remove intake manifold. After reassembling everything the immobilizer activated when i tried to start the engine. The red and green light on the rvm are blinking alternatively.

Key is IR-key and the remote control works for doors just fine on both keys. Key does transmit white and red light seen trough camera so it should be okay. I have re-synced key multiple times but no effect. All the fuses have been double checked. Battery has been fully charged. Does anyone have some tips or ideas what could be causing the immobilizer to activate?
If there is a way to deactivate immobilizer id like to hear that too since it doesn't really matter if 1995 year car has one.

Any tips will be much appreciated!!

You might check with the MB Classic Center to see if they have any suggestions? I own a gas powered W201 so I'm a little out of my league. I did want to try to help you in some small way.
