Swapping a 220 CDI for a 230k
Hi!
I have some questions regarding The engine swap as The title says.
I have a 1996 c230k that i love. But about three weeks ago me and my lite 230 made contact with a tree sort of speak..
The engine didn't take any danage But The front end got kind of compressed on The driver's side.. The costs to repair The current chassi would be more then Im willing to pay.
I recently found a 1999 220cdi that is very close to home, and for a decent price due to some engine problems that The current owner coulden't fix.
Now Im wondering how difficult it would be to swap The 220 for my 230?
