Hello,
I've just noticed that I lost a "cover"part that's located under the front left door of my 2000 C230K. See photos.
Does anyone know its technical or official name or part number so I may be able to search? I'd like to check if any store would carry it so I can get a replacement.

Out of curiosity, the part covers a black wire and a hole (you can see the hole in the photo but hardly the wire).
What's the hole and wire for if you happen to know?

Just concluding this thread. I found the part on Ebay a month ago. It costs $46 used (but very good condition). And a brand new one from a guy in Greece was asking around $80.
The part # is: A2026982430 for the specific side I needed.
I've been driving with it without any issue ever since.

You will need to read carefully the # and description. The # and descripton changes depending if it's a left/right and front/rear.
So there are a total of 4 parts. Whether they can be used interchangeably, I am not able to confirm.
