For curiosity, how many miles it has, it is a really nice shape pre facelift W202, does it have rust?

It has 197000 miles. I believe it is already 200k as the meter sometime works sometimes dont. No rust. Its pretty Hot everyday here in south east asia.
i did download the WIS unfortunately its tooo technical. Im looking for a brief manual. W202 1994 USA book. Attached a photo. Pls let me know if anybody has it.
