front lower control arm specs

i was at my mechanic on wednesday and we changed the lower control arm of the Lemforder. He just inserted the eccentric bolts and nuts and tightened everything as much as he could. After that, I noticed that the steering wheel is quite sideways and the height on the left side of the vehicle has risen sharply. A few days later I spotted online that these nuts need to be put back in the same position as they were at the factory.
Since we will also be changing the right one in a day or so, I am also interested in the torque specifications of tightening the nuts.
