How to repair broken center vent?
Hi,
I got the center vent out and tried to reconnect what I think a misconnection between the teeth on the rotating knob and the back flaps. But for the life of me, I can't figure out how. Curious if anyone had attempt to repair this? I could use some tips.

I think the best thing you could do is to buy a fully functional used unit or a new unit, i don't think you could fix them
I don't know if someone repaired them

The lever mechanism is inside the unit so unless I figure out a way to take it apart otherwise no photos.
I've already put it back in. I've learned to live with the imperfection of this car, which is what makes it perfect.
