60,000 miles service
got a question here, hope anyone can help. my 96 c280 has 59050 miles , and so i still have abt 1000 miles to go b4 i need the 60000miles maintenance. however, today is exactly 1 year after my last maintenance..so should i wait to reach 60000 miles b4 going for service, or should i do it now?? cos the service book says i should have my car serviced at least once in 12 months. any suggestions? pls advise, thanks.

It really doesnt matter if you wait to 60k or not. The fact is that, its summer so take it in now and have it looked at before the stress of the hot weather hits. You will have much more peace of mind if you get it checked out now and enjoy the summer (and the heat) without worrying about your car going crazy.
