Garagistic subframe bushings
Garagistic subframe bushings
I posted this thread in the W202 AMG section already, but there is probably a larger sample size here.
The subframe bushings on my C43 are wearing out, and I've been looking into what to replace them with. Does anyone have any experience with the Garagistic polyurethane mounts? I come from BMW's, which seems to be what Garagistic specializes in, and their parts usually are considered to be "modifications required" type parts. I can't find anyone else that makes upgraded bushings though, so I'm wondering if anyone has tried them out and has an idea of what it takes to fit them, and what the NVH tradeoffs are. Or if anyone knows of another brand that makes upgraded bushings.
My car is 5.5 swapped with a manual trans and doesn't get driven easily, which is why I'm looking to upgrade instead of just replacing them with stock.
