W202 Blower blows then dies
Hi all
I have a 95 W202 C220 auto
Replaced the blower motor(previous one was rusted due to overflow of blocked drain plug in engine bay)
When I turn the dial to speed 1 it blows then dies after 30 seconds
Checked resistance on the resistor, all is normal(lower speed high resistance and going lower)
Any input from anyone for any other possibilities?

Don't know if you fixed it yet, not very knowledgeable about Mercedes specifically... However, a new fan that might pull more amps, on the lower settings would be putting a significant heat load on the resistor pack. Some of these do have thermal protection, that would be my guess. Runs fine on higher speeds? Runs again after cooling off?
