My driver side-mirror got recently broken again. Historically, it's been broken multiple time,

In the prior breaking, the disc or round plate got broken but not the mirror, so I used velcro stripes to stick the mirror onto the disc. The way the mirrors are designed, requires the disc to be in full so it
can slide into place.
This trick worked well, but made the sliding of the cover into its place, a bit hard since the mirror protruded a bit more due to the extra thickness of the stripes, but it was feasible.

But now, the bottom branch of the cover is broken as well so is the mirror.
The cover remains actually stable most of the time, except when there's a big bump on the road, or I close the door. It won't fall out, because the mirror imperfect positioning blocks the fall.
If the stripes don't stick anymore, then everything can fall out while driving.

My car being the US version of the C230 Kompressor year 2000, I would need these part numbers:
- Mirror part for left (driver) side - My current broken mirror was cheap replacement and is not OEM. I'd love to have the official OEM numbers.
- Disc part or the full mirror motor part number if the disc is not sold separately
- Cover part. For the cover, I see the 3 sets of numbers below, but what to they represent, what's their purpose, and which one do I use to search?:
