So I just picked up a C230 kompressor and while driving the car, 3-4 shift struggles very hard and 95% of the time not happen, same for 4-5, instead it will jump down to 3rd or struggle trying to shift constantly.
ive replaced the conductor plate, filter, adapter plug
and I ran codes with icsrsoft v3, and it told me incorrect gear ratio.
Although the mileage looks to be legit @97k but it says the odo is not actual miles. I’ve heard the IC is linked to the speed sensors or gear ratio, is this true and would this give me the error? Would somebody switching IC throw my gear ratio off?
Although I can’t help you at this time, I looking for recommendations for a good OBD reader for my 1999 C230K, would you recommend the icscsoft v3 and is that 16 or 38 pin?
