W202 c180 engine swap clk c200

Mercedes-Benz w201 190E 2.3 16v
W202 c180 engine swap clk c200
Hi guys!

I have a question, my engine of my 1999 w202 c180 has probably a bad head gasket, and I have here a 1998 w208 clk 200 for tearing apart...
The engine code of the w202 is M111921 10 149 146 and the engine code of the w208 clk200 is M111 945 12 0494 14
Now is the big question: are they easy to swap? Is it plug and play or do I have some parts to be swapped from the old engine?
I've heard already that I need to change the flywheel
