I need a CD changer for my 99 C280. Anyone know if I can use other models CD changer? like the E-Class?

If you are looking for OEM, ebay is a good choice. I bought a USASpec from crutchfield and have had no trouble with it. I know other people have bought Alpine and bought adaptors. Try doing some searches on the internet. Thats how I found mine and what would work. Ohh you can also take the car to a car stereo place. They should be able to help you as well.
