W202 C250TD boost control issue

Hello all, I need some advice:
I have a W202 250TD, OM605. My issue is when i reach around 130km/h, the car goes to some kind of safety state and my turbo pressure drops.
At that point the vacuum transducer releases vacuum and opens the wastegate. Once this issue is present this wastegate opening will happen around 2200rpm (in any gear).
It is hard to reach even the highway speed.
If I restart the car everything is back to normal. I have changed the transducer and the MAP sensor, but the isssue is still present.
I have an error code P1470. I have smoketested the intake side, and found no leaks.
In 5 gear when I floor it my max boost pressure is around 0.4bar (6psi). Is this a more-or-less OK boost (stock) ?
Any help or idea is appreciated.
Thank You !
